    Lili Zhou is the Sr. Director of Operations with Herbalife(China) Health Products Ltd. In this role, Zhou leads a team providing all aspects of supply chain, including procurement, planning, logistic and store operations.

    Zhou has more than 10 years of experience in supply chain. In year 2005, Zhou was assigned a new role, supporting operation expansions in China. From 2006 to end of 2008, net Sales was increased from 32.1 to 145 ((In millions USD). The Operating retail stores were increased from 1 to over 80. This unprecedented growth, exciting as it is, presented a huge challenge to the whole operation team and Lili Zhou in particular: how to build an efficient and effective operation structure with highly professional talents to support it.
