    Ai Baojun is the vice mayor of Shanghai in charge of industry, commerce, management of state-owned assets, power generation, workplace safety and social services. A native of Liaoyang, Liaoning, Ai holds a masters' degree in enterprise management from Northeast China University and had a 20-year career as an accountant and executive with Baosteel Group before becoming vice-mayor of Shanghai in 2007.
