Economic relationships between Asian countries are poised to become even stronger in coming years, driven by private sector activity. The Economist Intelligence Unit in March 2015 surveyed 525 business leaders in seven Asian countries on their expansion plans in the region. The results suggest that trade and investment ties are going to become increasingly complex, as companies seek new markets throughout the region.
