    In this interview, we have Caroline Sheldon from EF to tell us about EF and her role. She firstly tells us her working background in EF, then she introduces EF and the current circumstance of English training centers in China. As a senior recruiter, Caroline tells us how she basically evaluates a candidate’s résumé and how she judges if the candidate is qualified during the interview session. Having lots of experience in hiring international teachers, Caroline also gives her advice to those expats looking for teaching jobs in China. Click it to get more information.

    Caroline Sheldon has been working with EF Education First for about 2.5 years in China (first in Beijing and now in Shanghai). In her current role she recruits international teachers to teach English in China. She’s also very active with EF’s CSR program and developing staff led initiatives. In her spare time she is a VP of Fundraising and Project Director for BEAN-an international volunteer & network club. She specifically works with their migrant school educational programs and raising funds for their many different projects.
