    Andy is a senior consultant at BlessingWhite, a global consulting firm dedicated to creating sustainable high-performance organizations. He graduated in chemical engineering with honors in RMIT Australia and seconded to work in USA for more than 12 years of career with oil and gas industry, Ashland Inc and Air Products & Chemicals Inc, 6 years based in Taiwan as international assignment to develop Asia Pacific market. After graduating MBA with university of Chicago in 2006, Andy came to Shanghai to start a career in executive search consultancy. After 4 years he started Human Capital consultancy firm working with international consulting partners like iViewExpress, People Assessments, Kirkpatrick Partners and BlessingWhite and also focusing on business driven action learning in organization development with Yury Boshyk and Steve Mercer.
