Diversity and Inclusion D&I looks at the advantages, challenges, and rewards of adopting an approach that transcends the still very much ingrained, yet artificially placed barriers of age, gender, disability, cultural differences, and other prohibitive and potentially limiting ways and values from the past that are often prevalent in our work environment and personal lives among the family members. As recipient of Ministry of Education scholarship, she has her M.A. from Waseda University Graduate School (1980). She also received her professional stage name/teaching certificate from the Iwai School of Japanese Classical Dance (1974). |
