    Maggie Zhu joins our program to share some of her insight on how to drive your career. Maggie’s major expertise has been helping executives in China with competency development by coaching. Today she talks about the lessons she learnt throughout her career, and how does she manage her career more effectively over the years. “You must constantly thinking what you can do for the company, rather than what they can offer you!” Maggie addresses.     Maggie’s targeted clients are mostly the entrepreneurs, and some middle-to-senior managers. The most frequent coaching topics include Strategic Thinking, Problem Solving, Decision Making, Vision building and selling, Time Management, Pressure Management, Team Communication, etc.

    Maggie owns 3 coaching certificates in coaching, including one from Corporate Coach U, one from Mindspan, and also one on Satir Family Therapy Coaching. She is familiar with various personality and career assessment tools such as DISC, Hogan and CareerLeader.

    She has a Full-time MBA degree from HKUST Business School, and was the only recipient of Jebsen Full Scholarship. For the past 3 years (2008 - 2010), Maggie has been the Executive Director for the Shanghai Center of Hong Kong University Business School. She lives in Shanghai with her husband and son, speaks fluently Chinese and English, and enjoy tennis and touring as a way to relax.
