Ginger Griggs joins us today to talk about how she successfully made her career change from a language teacher to a career coach and how she conquered the fear during the transition. As a business woman with well education background, she helps individuals and organizations to realize their full leadership potential. Tune in to find out what kind of tips she gives to women who want to do business.

Ms. Ginger Griggs is a Tokyo-based business consultant, trainer, facilitator, and coach whose passion is to help her clients reach their full leadership potential. In support of this goal, Ms. Griggs draws on a wide range of approaches, skills, and conceptual tools that she continues to refine after 20 years as an educator, almost a decade in Europe and Japan as an executive in The Coca-Cola Company, and 7 years as a business consultant, trainer, facilitator, and coach in Japan. Throughout her years in international business, Ms. Griggs has had the opportunity to work extensively with cross-cultural and cross-functional teams, and with both senior executives and aspiring young “high-potentials." As an educator and trainer, Ms. Griggs has had extensive experience in the development and delivery of programs for individuals from a wide variety of backgrounds and age groups. She supports her English-speaking multicultural clients both individuals and organizations--in all areas of personal and organizational leadership development, including: leadership of one's self and of others, strategy development, goal and priority setting and execution, conflict resolution, team-building, risk-taking, time management, and all aspects of effective communication.
