    Philip O'Neill is Manager for Business Development for the McGill MBA Japan program which is taught in conjunction with Sophia University in Tokyo. Established in 1821, McGill University is Canada's top university and one of North America's leading academic institutions.

    A long-term Japan resident, Philip came to Japan from Canada more than 10 years ago and is an expert on business and political issues between Canada and Japan. As well as being active in the ACCJ, Philip is the current President of the Canadian Chamber of Commerce in Japan (CCCJ).

      Kevin Tuttle is the Senior Vice President of the Bridge Group which is a licensed Tokyo-based recruiting company specializing in matching bi-lingual candidates with foreign subsidiaries. The Bridge Group handles searches for executives, managers, professionals, and specialists in all industries, but primary technology, consumer goods and banking.
      Resident in Japan for over 10 years, Kevin has been recruiting in Tokyo since 2002, preceded by a stint working for William Mercer HR Consulting in the area of compensation research. Previously, he was a client-side HR Manager in Japan focusing mainly on recruiting and training as well as employee communications.
      Kevin is a graduate of the University of Toronto, a member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) and obtained his credentials as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) in 2000.
