    Craig commenced the role of Director of EFI Asia Pacific in July 2000. One year later, he became EFI Japan President and Senior Director for Asia Pacific (including India, China & Australia) and moved to Tokyo. Craig came to EFI after 9 years at Fuji Xerox Australia in various marketing roles.

    Craig has also worked in Canada & the USA. He has worked for a Canadian software company, Netron; with IBM and their strategic account managers. Craig's academic qualifications include an MBA from University of New South Wales in Sydney and a Graduate Diploma in Business Computing. He joined Wall Street Associates in August, 2007.

      Hafele, a company founded in Germany in 1923, is worldwide the number 1 trading company in the furniture and architectural fittings space, customers in Japan are the furniture, kitchen and construction industries. Karl is also the founder and chair of the B2B Sales Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce in Japan (ACCJ).
